you can tell its bs, the chains are flexing, not that ghosts have weight, but if they had enough to move the swing , the chains would have some tension on them...

the reason I think it's bs because the cameraman knows exactly when to zoom in. soonest it's done zooming, the swing starts to move. but it's a neat trick becuase no on is around. and I would think it's a little too far to 'pull' the swing with a string or some kind from outside the camera range.
