But i'm sure Frys will have one that will fit my Socket A, and since i'll most likely be home all day today i'll be cleaning up those wires in there too, haha.

UPDATE!!!
So I went to frys and picked up Zalman "upltra quiet" cpu/heatsink, looks very simliar to yours in the picture above. It was $$34.99 with a speed adjuster ****. The heatsink is like 70% alum and 30% copper. According to my BIOS at idle I get a reading of 109 Degrees F, which is a 20 degree difference.... not bad but still much hotter than yours, maybe Intels tend to run a lot cooler than the AMD's, oh well

AMDs do run quite a bit hotter than Intel. 20° is a pretty serious drop, you'd get an even bigger drop with some high performance thermal paste like Ceramique or Artic Silver(3-5°F) another degree or two lapping the HS but lapping isn't worth it to me unless you're really after every little bit. 109° is perfectly acceptable for an idle temp, getting close to 130 at idle is pretty scary.
What do you think of the zalman? Aside from being HUGE. Pretty quiet to me, especially for the work it does.

Well the fan i had before was TINY, i'll post a picture of it below. It barely made any noise... but compared to this Zalman, there is no noise difference. I like how I can change the fan speed's, so at night I can turn it down to conserve some energy, and during some intense video and audio rendering or gaming I can turn it up, its great I have some Premium themal compound laying around somewhere, but I just used the free thermal grease they gave me with the fan.... but I Thank you guys for the advice

Depends what kind of motherboard you have. Many board makers give a utility to check it within windows(thats how I have the little plot for mine). Some of them give no utility so you have to either look in the bios after a reboot, or download a third party app like MBM(motherboard monitor) http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=311 It gives you a little tray app that shows fan speed, motherboard temps, and if your video card supports it, it will even show video card temp. It's a bit of a pain to setup on some mobos, but well worth it afterwards.
Edit** a side note. MBM is FREE.
