the comics run ended in 2008, but it still shows as "in production". the comic also ended just about the same way as the movie.
it will be interesting to see if the comic is continued or if a movie sequel will pop up first.

The movie felt like it had been re-edited to try and reassemble the storyline; ie it was clunky.
The whole film seemed like they couldn't decide if this was a kids movie or not.
There were good parts, but in general I wouldn't call it a good movie

Saw it on Saturday, and really enjoyed it. Funny & awkward characters, run and gun action.
Not much character development and underlying plotlines, but it was fun to watch. Looking forward to all the Hitgirl costumes this halloween!
