wow, right on dude. Glad you're ok, and you're turning your life around. It takes a brass sack to tell pretty much the whole bay area to **** off, but it takes a much bigger one to apoligize for it.

shock probably set in, i didnt feel much pain til hours later...then it sucked

thanks guys. I was busy with school finals and projects. Sorry again. I shouldn't have taken a side when I-Speed and I-Club split.
I don't work out anymore. I tried to kill myself in January of 2006 and I jumped off the freeway and fell 60 feet. I broke my sacrum, my arm in a bad spot (just above the elbow), and dislocated all the bones in my right foot. They put metal in my sacrum and arm, and used metal to set my foot. I was in traction for awhile and had a tracheotomy (sp) to breathe out of for awhile. I have scars to prove it to. If my doctor OKs me to workout again I will.
I know you'll ask so I'll just say that I don't completely understand why I jumped. I was depressed and confused in the head. I was hallucinating and would hear voices and see images on the wall. They have me on some medication for my depression now that works but I still hallucinate every now and then. No, I don't feel like doing it again.
I was in the hospital for about 4 months. Then I got depressed at home and began eating like crazy. I gained about 60lbs of fat. Now I'm on a diet to lose it. 12lbs in 2 weeks so far!
