Second one in the full video looks like she might be trying to keep her hands warm with the lighter because she isn't smoking, but really just clearly stupid. As soon as that happens you see everyone start driving away from the gas station quick.

not sure if this is the same one, but i remember reading about a story where someone saw a spider on their gas cap and instinctively thought "kill it with fire!" obviously not a lot of forethought in that.
