at the rate we use oil the us would be dry in 2 years. This oil needs to be saved it stuff gets really bad. Just be glad you dont live in Europe where gas prices have been over $4 a gallon for years not just months.

LOL. Yes and No, I have family living in Portugal and its what they complain about the most. That and a ****ty government, but I think thats everywhere

I still remember back in 97 or 98 when I pumped unleaded at .99 cents a gallon. That was awesome

You are aware we have not even tapped 2% of the oil under US control yes? at current realistic estimates we could, if we swaped over to ONLY domestic oil, go for 20-30 years. That is without us even going after deep water oil, or using Kracking technology to get more oil out of "dry" wells.

This seems like a good time for Subaru to bring over the Subaru Diesel engine to the USA...

I'm sure many Subaru-enthusiasts would appreciate a turbo-diesel Subaru.

fu*king scam.... i remember like 2 and a half years ago right after the $5 spike, gas was down to around $1.50.....
