Stupid idiots. These guys think they are men cause they can fight in gangs and carry guns and pull the trigger. Stupid. What ever happen to man to man.
Stupid.
So maybe SF PD will actually solve this one. Raise their rediculously low percentage of solved homicides. Maybe will solve 25% this year...yeah.
SFPD is a joke.

Wasn't meaning to say they don't try...well there have been some interesting articles recently about them not trying so hard on some.
All I was meaning is that SFPD....especially the homicide department could use a great deal of improvement.
They have been consistantly among the top 5 in lowest solved rates with rates under 27% for the last 10 years or more....national big city average is 45%. With cities like anaheim over 70%.....so it is possible.
yes witness' not coming forward and things like that do help. But so do things like lack of funding hence less men/women on the job. Means less time spent on each homicide. And even less training for those that are on the job. And expectations and the way the offices are run also have a huge part in this. I'd like to hope that with some directions from the governor and push from others higher up that the percentages would increase...both for the rich and the poor murdered. Both for the public and not so public cases.
just saying...they'll probably solve this one.
