Ephedrine has been proved to help people with breathing problems, and thus is now sold as a bronchodilator... Still the same old ephedrine but without the same old label.

I hear that taking like 4 pills (which I do when Im in need of some fat trimming) is like taking a line of coke... lol. Not that I do coke, but still something to consider.

Oh yeah, more people die from tylenol each year than they do from Ephedrine... Tylenol = toxic as HELL to your system in large doses, and is a terrible way to die... so don't commit suicide doing that. I recommend a good old gun shot to the head.

EpheDRA is banned. It is the natural form that comes from the muahang plant and usally the form that is found in the diet supplements. The dosage is largely inconsistant which is another one of the reasons it was banned

EpheDRINE is the synthesized form of it. The dosage is much more exact and yes its widely available as a bronchodilator with some added components. Pure ephedrine will never sold in the US, otherwise it can be used to make meth.

Depending on the dossage, 4 pills may be overkill. Most come in 25mg tabs. The daily limit for the stuff is 100mg/day. So if you take a full daily amount in one dose, yes expect to be bouncing off the damn walls.

Ephedrine is comepletely safe as long as you dont abuse it. Taking 2x the daily amount isnt going to make you burn fat 2x as fast. Most of the deaths linked to ephedra were because of abuse. IE over-dossage and not properly hydrating yourself. This stuff does raise your HR, so you obviously sweat and pee a whole lot more than normal. If you take it, drink at minimum a gallon of water a day.

Results are much better when stacked with 200mg tabs of caffeine

Yes. Most drug stores sell it. its usually not cheap though

Or you can get it online. I buy mine from www.1fast400.com Its only 6 bucks a bottle (buy 3 or so), get a big bottle of caffeine tabs while you are at it, and you are set.

The ban on it is only temporarily lifted while the FDA is thinking about whether or not they want to appeal. Stay safe guys.

edit: that link Bruce is posting is NOT the stuff for diet. Checkout Stacker or something else if you don't also want caffeine in it.

 

You guys use diet pills?? WTF is this world coming to? In the morning repeat to self I am fat and beautiful.

 

I used to instruct, compete and train around 35ish hours a week, so I needed a little stimulation besides coffee.

 

I personally go about it differently. I take N20 (hemodilator) and work out pretty regularly (M-F weight training and cardio runs every morning). If you stay lean and have a high metabolism (it raises if you actually do stuff, sitting on the couch for 8 hours a day is bad) you'll never need these pills. I'm not saying don't take them because you are better of using them correctly then getting obese and having diabetes at 30 years old. I'm just saying if you take care of yourself by eating right and exercising you'll never have to resort to these for the most part. Just my two cents. And if someone could please take a whole bottle I'd like to hear what happens. Have your next of kin keep us informed.

yes it is. Ephedra is the active ingredient in all of the "diet" supplements. Why pay extra for some silly name brand like stacker, etc

All of the old effective fat burners relied on ephedrine and caffeine stacked together

So you can buy pure ephedrine and pure caffeine, take them together, you save a ton of money
