so i got mine.. and i installed the free app version of Torque for now. I can get the OBDII connector to pair with my phone (GS3) but it will not say "connected". When im in the Torque app it also tells me that no tool is connected.

Anyone else have any similar issues with something to try?

use the right pin? try other pins?

Ya I was using the right one, 1234, you have to have the.correct pin the pair.

It ended up being a couple setting options that I changed in the torque app itself. So I got it working.

Weird tho because in the app it says it's connected and "ECU ok" but in my phone Bluetooth settings it still only says paired, not connected. Oh well lol

As long as the "gauges" in torque are updating, it should be fine!

Does anyone leave theirs plugged in? I'm worried about it draining the battery if I leave my car sitting for a week.

I leave mine plugged in but my car never sits for a week straight, I drive it everyday
