Does anyone know if an 03 radio would work in a 91 Legacy? If so, I'll take it!

I'm not totally sure but...

I do know that when I bought the wire harness for my aftermarket stereo it was the same for almost all subarus for the last 10 years or so. it's a double din unit (twice as big as a normal aftermarket stereo) so you have to at least have enough room in your dash to start.

Shoot, I was going to offer you (2) more OEM wheels to match your set for the UTEC. . .

OMG!

Dude Steve... Thanks again for selling me on the UTEC... It is UNBELIEVABLE! With the race gas (95 octane) the difference is huge! Best mod ever...

Everyone go to auto innovations right now and buy one... you wont be dissiapointed..

As for the wheels, uh... thanks but...

I was thinking about buying your two wheels, because ironically enough, when i got my tires replaced at AI a while ago, they were the ones who kindly pointed that my two rear wheels were bent (i think it was just cuz steve wanted to sell me his stockers hahahaha ). But since I haven't noticed any vibration or ill effects whatsoever as a result of the slight bends, I'm gonna keep saving to fix the BIG booboos. hey ash, when are you gonna put in that SR40, tune the UTEC for it, and see what that puppy can do?!?!?! BTW, I would love a ride in your car, especially when you are tuning your UTEC. I've had that in mind since they came out because I REALLY want to learn how to tune my car.

Talking

wyld kardz... I'll give you a call today... I still have two left...
Doug Z... wheel shipped out friday... I''ll get you that tracking # soon as I find the receipt. lol

Okay Tim, I have three buddies with WRX's and various little mods that I've been able to test drive and I think that this is not just the best first mod from an engine tuning standpoint. But also the the most horsepower you can get for $1100 (w/k&n filter)

The difference is absolutely huge!!! Now truth be told that I run higher octane gas as well and some people say that you should tune the UTEC timing back just a hair on stage 1 with 91 pump gas cause it's tuned for 93 octane... They slao say it has minnimal effect on HP until you start "really" modding it. Either way, I haven't even tuned this thing yet and I don't want to touch it cause it's haulin butt!
I can't wait to get my APS exaust! When do you want to go for a drive? I'm game anytime.

TTYL guys,

Ash

FWIW, the radio will work in any Subaru. You just need the appropriate harness for your year car. Ciper from the "other" board has a WRX radio in his '91 Legacy wagon. Good luck.
