Cool FS: Axleback straightpipe for WRX, $80 obo

Just as the title says. See a pic below. See a video also (needs DiVX codec www.divx.com):

Basically I had a muffler shop cut off the stock muffler right behind the backbox, and weld on a straight pipe with a chrome tip, and two hangers. Great sound.

I'm in Sunnyvale, CA, pickup preferred, but might ship if no locals are interested.

ps...My digital cam has a terrible mic...sounds better in person

Ha! You pansies are still caught up in the drama? Let it go and let's talk about cars.

My post here is for the car enthusiasts, not the 12 year old girls who are still crying about internet message board drama.

Talking

Sounds deadly! How loud is it? Serious question. Compared to say ... an M2.

And do you have a twin-tip verson?

Sorry it's been sold to TurboImpreza (Thanks Ray)

But I really liked it...my neighbors were just getting a bit annoyed since I leave for work at <6am sometimes. It's not rice-ish at ALL...just lets you really hear the engine when you have the windows open, and just enough to shift with them closed. It is louder than my Prodrive but not by much...and has a sort of race (not rice) car sound...more raw than a muffler.

I can't stress enough how fast it was for the guys at the shop to do that job. And it was $60, plus $40 for a spare WRX muffler.

Go do it!
