I know others have mentioned it, but there's no way you will get anything more then about 11k for that car. It's still an 02 WRX, and people wont pay more then they would for any other 02 WRX. It's nice that it has a drive train swap, but no one is going to pay you for all the money and time you put into it. Mods dont sell, it's just how it works. I know it sucks, but it's the truth. The only way you'd be able to sell it is if you found that one buyer that would be down with mods, but chances are you're not going to find anyone who is interested in buying a frankenstein car. 
Sad to say, I know, but it's the reality of it.
I can estimate that the MOST you could get for that car is 13k, and thats if you find someone who doesn't mind all the mods, but thats rare. There's NO WAY anyone would spend 20k when they could just buy a used 04 STi for that dough.

The amount of $$ you're asking for should include every bit of awesomness detail that has gone on with the vehicle along with picture. If you want to make your moneys worth, put down the details and let the people decide. With the lack of details, and a short sell thread, we all think this is just a rip and a hoax.
I've seen threads that have lists 3X as long as yours, and still sell considerably under 20k. Gotta post the pics, the #'s and the shops who've done work on your car. Again, take your time, write out all the details, or this thread isn't going anywhere on here. Use Craigslist and try to rip someone off that way in the mean time...
