That, my friend, is a great point. The sooner those words can lose those negative connotations, the better off we will be. That's why it upsets me to see people trying to perpetuate these negative connotations. You know that's what you're doing, right Andy?

And yes, I do have friends who have grandpas who are still totally racist and use racist terms. The VAST majority of us (especially here in California) do not perceive the words like *** to have a negative connotation. The sheer stupidity is that it's the very people who are offended by the term are the ones creating the negative connotation on the otherwise totally standard word. A word that normal people would otherwise not take offense to. Make sense?
