Front axel messed up?
I was just driving and I started to hear a squeaking noise over my music. I just disregard it for a little bit and figure it's another car. After driving for another minute or so, I still hear it and I'm not around any other cars at this point. I turn my radio off, and listen for it. It's definitely my car and seems like it is coming from the right.
At about 2 mph - long, slow grinding
At about 7 mph - sounds like grinding/squeaking
At about 25mph - sounds like fast squeaking (almost like a small bird chirping)
At about 40mph - sounds like clicking
I pulled over and checked to see if anything was rubbing in the wheel wells. Nothing. I figured I would just listen very carefully while driving home (only about 1 mile from where I was) and pay attention to what I hear/feel.
Once I got home, I jacked the car up and found out the following.
My wheel moves around (up and down and side to side). The lug nuts appear to be tight, but I dont have a key to check for sure. The rotor moves with the wheel when I am moving it.
I think my front right axle or something in there is ****ed... What do you think it is?

It sounds like one of two things. Either you have something caught in between your brake pad and rotor, or you have a bad wheel bearing. When you jacked the car up and placed one hand on the top of the tire and one hand on the bottom and tried to move it up and down, you said that the wheel moved? If there was play, then that's a tell tale sign of a bad wheel bearing.
If it doesn't go away after driving it for a bit, then I'd suspect the bearing.

DING! I am 90% sure this is bad wheel bearing.

So you pulled up and down on the wheel/tire as if you were changing the camber...yep. Sounds about right. What kind of car is this?

It's an 02 WRX.
Was just repaired from an accident (about a month or 2 ago), and I looked it up on the papers and it says that both bearings were replaced. The place that fixed it guarantees their work, so I guess I have to get it over there somehow to have them fix it.
Do I need to have it towed? It is about 15-17 miles away.
