Friends WRX stolen... please let me know if you have any info

He has a 2002 (2003?) silver sedan WRX bugeye 4VKJ332 with Rota gunmetal SDR 17's and blue lugnuts with Goodyear F1GSD3's on em. He rearranged the badging of the WRX letters so the 3 letters are spaced like " W R X" and at different angles.

This was stolen last night 1/15/09 in the Fremont area.

If you see this car on the road, please get the description of the people.

May all thieves die a painful and gruesome death and live a miserable life.

I'm always going to put my car in the garage.

Added to my watch list in my car. Good luck man; though if the thieves have any brains at all it won't be on the streets.

are people really stupid enough to steal a car and then go driving around in it? although, if you are stupid enough to steal a car, maybe you would drive around in in, who knows. my guess is that it will be stripped for parts, and those parts will wind up on CL or Ebay. Does your buddy have insurance. Good luck, Ill keep my eyes open.

Often not... but sometimes it happens. And it's worth a try to post.

My friend has insurance, but that will only cover the blue book of a 2002 WRX, not the ~$10-2k he's poured into it. He had a really nice "jack of all trades" setup.

I keep an aquarium in the back seat, there's a shark with lasers in there.
