wondering if anyone has advice on where i can get these taken care of:

1) the clamp that hangs the muffler part of my exhaust snapped so i need to get it welded back together.
2) the bearing in one of my front tophats has seized a spacer from the top of my coilovers and i need to get it pushed or pulled out.

im in the east bay area but willing to drive a bit...just open to recommendations. thanks
