Talking Freeride mountain bikes like Rotec or Rocky Mountain RMX, who owns one?

Can I meet with you and see it up close and possibly ride it ? I dont care about the weight etc. I just want to see if it is the bike I want so dont discourage me from getting one hahaha LOL....

No local dealers here carry those bikes that I know of unless you folks know where one is ? any hook ups ? want parts and labor trade ? all I have is Fox shocks hook up ..

I will sell my old bike cheap, Specialized brand
full suspension long travel **** with lock outs, disks etc.

Thank you

Gino

I spent over 4000 on my old bike ..

How much of a hurry are you in?

My brother just left town for a week (up to Whistler, actually), but he is a semi-pro free-rider who has worked in shops and in machining. I'm sure he'd be happy to talk to you about what you might want.

I know that he usually recomends buying frame and componants seperately, and building it up yourself (rather than buying a pre-built package).

I know that he rides a lot of the "Santa Cruz" brand frames.

He'll be back a week from Tuesday... let me know if you would like to be put in touch.

Thank you very much Mike, but I just purchased the RMX and the only way I could get the RMX frame cheaper is to get the whole bike. I will sell some of the parts on it and thanks again..

Now I posted my old bike for sale on the classified section..

Nice.

Of course I'm not the one that knows anything about this stuff...

I think Josh (my brother) has been unhappy with that style rear end... not enough lateral stiffness, I think. (But then, maybe you arn't 6'7" and bouncing the thing off walls...I can't say.)

I'll ask the question that I know Josh would ask: Where do you ride?

6'7" is a big guy and your bro does pro stuff.. my bike is not suited for him. "To each his/her own" ... Thanks, I got a new bike now and will leave you guys alone. I just want to sell my old bike.....
