ING is kick ***. They're FDIC insured and pay awesome interest. I've got a bunch of money in my ING and it's earning 3%.

good to know....3% is way more than credit union pays, now im thinking of transfering my savings there plus i got $20 more for referral thats $45 worth of free money(mod money, hehehe)

anyone want to earn money, i have some more referral thats left, you get $25 i get $10 only after you keep you account open for at least 30 days, if you dont want to use it, just open you account put $1 and you still get $25.00 then close it after you get youre money...kewl thing is you can get yourself free referrals up to 25 plp thats 25*$10=250 plus the first $25 thats $275.00 free money. thats what im going to do, but after sonic said its 3% apr, im gonna keep it after all

ING is great. I've had it for about 3 years. My only major gripe is the transfer time from your ING to your checking acct. I highly recommend the automatic money transfers from that you can schedule. It's a great way to save money

That's what I do. $100 per paycheck goes right to ING. I never see the money . I've put away $900 in that account in just a few months.

ING direct is well known and is a spinoff from a large dutch insurance/banking firm. either intuit or turbotax refers them so they're very much legit.

i know they are legit.

when i mean pyramid scheme, the first guy gets into it. then gets 2 others. the referral bonus he gets, is known by the original 2.

so these 2 each gets 2 more referrals. and so and so on...

hence the pseudo pyramid scheme...
