soundwave covered it allready..

but you seriously couldnt figure out hte answers by the options and the questions being asked?

Basicly pick which ever one paints dell in the best light

That's exactly what I did... I didn't even read the info. You have to love the "which is our best program, bronze, silver, gold, or platinum?" one.
