its easier to hold a drift with simulation steering if cars set right but once you cross up its over. If you had a wheel I reckon wouldn't be too hard.

what other game when you cross up a fishtail and totally screw the pooch you get a huge smile on your face

This sounds ridiculous but after going from my component cables to an HDMI cable my picture quality got worse, a lot worse. It is pixelated and not as clean as it was with the component cables. Everyone says it is night and day with HDMI but I am trying to figure out why my quality got worse.

And yes I have my xbox settings set to HDMI at 1080p.

TV is a 1080p 42 inch LG.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Check your tv settings for hmdi's. Turn game mode off if it's on

Maybe you are sitting too close? The HDMI really sharpens things up. User error

For some tv's the xbox needs the sharpness lowered, I have to use 3 out of 10 for forza. I noticed then when switching from my vga to new hdmi xbox. While the sharpness adjust helped a lot, I think its partially due to my tv, and maybe worse response time for hdmi?

I thought there would still be some whine from the engine but it's just air and tire noise and only one gear.

Do we have an official in game I-club or BAIC club? I finally picked up Forza... and the CSR Elite wheel. Using a clutch in my living room took some getting used to but the clanking of the pedals drives my GF nuts. This is quite fun.

Nothing I am aware of but if you ever want to race let me know.

My wife makes fun of me for using my wheel and pedals. Says I look like I am driving a baby toy. Especially when I am driving my STI in the game. She always asks "Why don't you go outside and drive the real one?"

Save gas money? xD

I have yet to play Forza 4 with pedals. At the moment, just using controller so no simulation steering setting for me.

btw, my XBL is the same as my username.
