sorry i should clarify i put two things into one it was confusing i agree

tehy did not go through the van allen belt in the LM

but the LM went through being blasted off and thousands of miles of space landed on the moon and looked liek that

the van allen belt is huge there are more than one belt


i dont care how "fast" (yes i know they are going uber fast) you are going through you are blasted with radiation
even todays space program is having prolbmes with this

they shut down the hubble space telescope because they can not manage it
