bring me back a cherry 54 bel air two door. Or a 50 merc. Maybe a 49 caddy.

Or if you feel like being cheap you can get me a 59 or 60 impala.

Either way... all good by me. Just bring me some of that cherry american steel they have sitting around over there.

I'm assuming that you can't legally do it unless you have a travel permit from the government, but people go all the time.

Most people traveling to Cuba from the US go through Canada or Mexico. You could rent a boat

cuba will have no issue with it, the u.s. will. and if they find out, you will get in trouble. probably just a fine, but definitely a guarantee that you will be on the cavity search list by tsa every time you fly. the proof will be because you are entering and leaving another country, they will have to stamp your passport. although i have heard that you can bribe the cuban customs agent not to stamp your passport.

i've heard that you can just tell them not to stamp it. they wouldn't have a problem with that. i read in lonely planet that once you are in cuba, leave your passport in a safe or something at the hotel. that way you won't risk the chance of losing it. it'll be hard to explain to the US govt that you lost your passport in cuba.

So I'm guessing the Cuba thing might not be worth it? :-/
