FLAME ON!! Deolwrx ripped me off. BEWARE

I was buying a stock a-pillar w/ clips from this guy Deolwrx, name is Bahadur Deol. It had some holes in it but I was going to use it for my gauges anyway. He was asking $10 I told him, with people being busy with the holidays, if he sent it right away I'd give him $15. I knew my wife was getting me my gauges for xmas and I was excited to install them. I'd talk to this guy here and through email. So I paypal'd him because he said he would send it out the next day.
Anyway I get a message from him on here 12/23/2010 saying he sent it out 12/21/2010 and I should recieve it after the holiday. Well a few days after Xmas I contacted him asking what the deal was. Now I had the gauges in my hand, so I send several other emails to him.
Finally On the 31st i sent him
He says
So I wait like 3 more days thinking, ok the holidays just happend, maybe this guy totally spaced off was super busy with family and got it out way late. I figured it was a killer deal I could wait. Then on 1/7/2011 he ask if I recieved it yet. And havent heard from him since.
On 1/16/2011 I sent him this message on here and his email.
I thought I was being pretty reasonable, but I was still hoping that he would send it so I didnt have to spend a lot on a replacement, and I was totally dying to install my gauges.
Anyway of-course I hear nothing from him. I contacted paypal, because I sent the $15 to him as a gift they said I couldnt dispute it. I didnt think someone was gonna try to rip me off $15 but generally I will pay the 3% on a big purchase you know. But come on it wasnt a lot of money, what did he really gain other than a measly $15, and really pissing me off.
Anyway I dont know if anyone knows him, but def do not buy anything from this guy.

i sent it out at the end of last week. let me know if you get them soon if not i'll contact usps and find out. sorry , thanks
On 1/16/2011 I sent him this message on here and his email.
Hi, I need to know if you have a tracking number. If not i will be contacting paypal for refund as I still have not received the item you were going to send and now it seems as though you are avoiding me all together. I need a tracking number to show you have sent it dated before the start of the new year or a refund by wednesday. At that point I will be contacting paypal.

wow sucks that you got scammed like that but i guess his dignity is only worth 15 dollars which must put him to shame that he has to scam 15 dollars from you..

when someone tells you to pay them thru paypal and asks you to send it as a gift youre putting yourself at risk there.as like it says "gift" so paypal doesnt really keep track of those not unless it is a payment for something.but hey just think that you made a $15 donation to some bum here on iclub

It could have been worst and with a lot more money. But I know you arent mad about the money, its the principle. Its sad to see someone take their time to try and steal 15 dollars... Really people?
