You got to drink Gatorade. You have to replenish your electrolytes.

i was going to suggest the samething. drink lots of gatorade.

are you throwing up or just having the runs? when i had a heat stroke, i thought i had food poison because their symptoms are very similar. btw, why would anyone flame you anyways? you are sick...worst thing anyone can do is flame you.

sounds like food poisoning to me.

In the last 24-36 hours:
Did you eat food after letting it sit more than 30 minutes at room temperature?
Did you eat anything passed expiration?
Did you eat something that didn't taste quite right?
Did you recently eat at a buffet or place where the food isn't served hot(less than 150 degrees F) or served cold (greater than 40 degrees F)?

If you answered yes to any of these questions you probably have food poisoning.
Think about what you had at the A's game and you'll probably find your answer.

I had this same thing happen to me in NYC about 5 years ago. I was sick for a month buckled over in pain for most of it. the smell of food make me want to vomit and **** liquid.

I've always been told to eat plain toast or crackers when I have an upset stomach. It's suppose to soak up all/most of the acids in your stomach.

Doctors will tell you differently. I recently had food poisoning that lasted almost 2 weeks and ended up in the hospital. I drank gatorade thinking it would help and told the doctor so. The doctor said it's a big NO-NO. Stick to water or ginger ale.

Hah, I feel you. When I was drunk a buddy and I tried to cook some food. And then the next day with hang over and food poisoning I got under my car and installed my catback. I nearly threw up on the underbelly of my car lol.

Hope you feel better! Enzymes in apples do slow things down, thats why if you eat apples it helps to keep you hungry less often. I'm not sure if it will have the same effect on your excretory system and **** though...no pun intended

you might have ibs (irritabal bowl syndrome), i heard over the years all the food that we eat all never really release from our system causing bacteria to build up in our intestinal stomach lining. Just a guess. Hope you get better. Try drinking hot tea, usually when I have a stomachache or the runs hot tea usually helps, get the one with antioxidants.
