Talking First Mods?

Was just wonder what were your first mods? What where they and what would you do diifferently if you had the chance to redo everything from a fresh start?

I bought my car used, so it had a few power mods on it already, but I put on a Rear Sway bar + endlinks and am about to put on Koni Yellow Inserts and Ground Control Sleeves.

Though, I agree with ldivinag. If I had the time and money I'd go to a driving school to learn how to handle my car better first.

My first mod was an RS wing and rear spats. Well, I had the rear spats laying around in the backyard and my dad ended up throwing those away this summer. Ugh. I need a new set sometime in the future. I was a front lip away from being done with the exterior. I coulda waited on the wing and put in money to upgrade my stereo a little more maybe or better yet, a short shifter and bushings. The shifter gets a tad sloppy sometimes. There isn't much I've done to the car because my last car was a 92 Integra and I ended up blowing more money than I should have for a bucket. So the 2000 RS I bought a couple years ago was my way of starting over and learning how to spend the money on toys more wisely. I also 2nd the high performance driving school. I'll go to some sessions when I graduate out of college next summer.

Next toy, probably a WRX motor, after the driving school. I don't feel like screwing around and buying other stuff for the car and sidetrack that goal.

first mod was a rear sway and endlinks. As soon as I drove the car out of the lot and around the first corner, I knew exactly what it needed

First mod was the full catless treatment. I would say go for it. It's pretty much free. Not like you're going to get THAT much more power to destroy yourself.

MBC = death
Stay far, far, far away from them.

First get a 20+mm rear sway bar, solid rear endlinks.
Second 17"x7.5+ rims and some sticky tires.
Third steel break lines.
Fourth uppipe & cat-back.
after that its up to you, but make sure that if you do any major power upgrades that you have breaks to handle the power. =)

Cause someone I trust told me so. ;P
Not to mention tampering with boost can void your warranty. =x
