As far as gameplay.. if ya liked Assassin's Creed, you'll like this! The combos and fight styles are really cool and you can link a 2 or 3, 4 or 5 hit combo's back to back....
The storyline was probably the best out of the Prince of Persia series.... The character development is great and the fact that if you take the time to interact with Elika (the princess) you get more and more emmersed.
And that makes the ending much much better....
All the reviews are spot on as far as I'm concerned, got alot of 9.5 out of 10 , and 5 out of 5.... and a bunch of ' Game of the year" nominations.
Buy it bro..... like I said, If ya like AC, you'll love PoP...
Funny thing.... A guy online from game informer did a whole article on the trailer for PoP..... specifically the song playing in the trailer by Sigur Ros.
He said it was the first time, in a long time that he could remember, where a song in a game trailer made him want the game, and made playing the game, much more pleasing an experience. and I've got to agree with him.

Funny bout that..... My cousin works for gamestop, so i take this info as truth, but I could be wrong..... there were 4 guys who tested PoP for Gamestop..... 3 of them were ex, ubisoft game testers..... who were fired..... go figure.
They said the same thing about Assassin's Creed and that's one of the top selling games of the decade....

Prince of Persia is not very good. It is not challenging what so ever. Its nice to look at but other then that a waste of time. There are so many good games out there right now that you really shouldn't waste your time on this one. I worked at Funcoland for a few years if that gives any credit to my honest opinion.
far cry2 is great, BUT the driving back and forth is ridiculous. They should include a fast travel feature (their bus travel doesn't count) to places you've visited already. Just for that reason I stopped playing it after playing it for 3 hours.
i've had prince of persia for couple weeks now, and im still stuck in converting bad(?) lands to good ones. It's not hard by any means. There's just too many lands to convert and it gets too repetitive. I hope it gets more exciting once the conversion is compete. Anyways, I got bored and moved on to star wars force unleashed which I got into it and finished it within couple days.
