hmm... 3/19th and today we have 4/7.
I inquired for mine at exactly 29 days and it was in the system. Hopefully it will fall through the cracks.

Good luck.

Courtesy notices seem to come in about 3 weeks. If you're not in the system after a full month... I'd start feelings pretty good about it. I would keep checking for at least 8 weeks, and then maybe once a month for 6 months total to be safe. If you think that's overkill, I know I'd hate getting pulled over for something otherwise harmless, and then getting arrested on a bench warrant... this is far from unheard of.

minor problem, my court date on the ticket is apr 17th. That's right. less than a month after the ticket was issued.

No way. That is on a Sunday. LOL Since when they open up during the weekend.

I think this like an estimated date (like ticket and 30 days or something).

I got my courtesy notice in like 40-45 days. But I chickened out and inquired at 30 days and it was in the system. (so the notice came after I inquired).

Getting pulled over and getting arrested on the warrant because of a silly ticket is indeed a dumb thing. So I would check frequently.

cheers

are you checking the website or calling the number? i got a ticket in fremont and the phone system didnt recognize my docket, so i went to the website and that recognized the docket number, and then paid it on the site. remember to enter in the letters in front of the docket number too.

Online, and yeah, I've tried with the letter and without.

I tried the phone system, but it's so stupid I can't get a thing out of it (it gets stuck on the referring phone number)

LOL believe it or not you can show your face there. You seem to be about the 30 days so it may worth the drive/effort. I do not believe that they can actually enter your docket on the spot but I am not 100% sure. But I do not trust their on line/ phone system. What if there is a problem and next month they arrest you. What are you going to tell them? I check the website and phone but it was not coming up? If you still do not want to go therer, at least call the try to talk to a live person and get their name so you have something to go by.

Cheers
