Here are a few shots from the carbon door swap tonight.











We are down to about 45min per door now. The Seibons are terible on the drill holes and none of the oem plastic clips and such fit. I ended up using rubber wellnuts to hold all the trim on the doors.

Should have more to come with this car. Owner has more stuff on the way for it.

i liked it with all wrb but thats a lot of carbopn fiber!!

 

subie+ massive amount of carbon fiber= so right it should be wrong

 

just wondering, did you weigh the different skins to see how much of a weight savings there is?

 

We weighed the stock shells vs the carbon shells. Total is about 100 lbs of weight savings.

 

that's a pretty large chunk of weight savings there

 

Its those crash bars... i think they are made of lead. The front carbon door skin was 11.5 lbs oem was 43 lbs
