Feal suspension going in.

Got some of feal suspensions 04 STi tarmac struts and started installing them tonight after work. Couldn't take the clunk anymore. I was taking apart the back seat to get access to the tophats and found a pair of reading glasses left in that little area Never know what you're going to come across buying a used car.

Ha its crazy how many weird, nasty, and or funny things I've seen in the spare tire area in the trunk (I work in bayview/hunters point at a tire shop)

I can imagine the owner of the glasses wonderin where the heck they left them haha

the lower spring perch on those front struts looks like 05+ style to me... but i'm not sure since my Feal struts are in jdm v7 sti housings. Did they fit on your car?

did you send yours in and have them rebuild them or did you do the deposit thing where you send yours back once you install the ones they send out?

Only mounted the rears so far, they fit normal. Fronts are going in in the morning. Ran out of daylight. Hope they fit...

lol, I remember when I took off my sideskirts to paint them there was a key inside of them. It wasn't a spare key to the vehicle though, must've been for something else.

Really needs an alignment now, the clunk is completly gone now though and it fills firmer. I'll post up after I get it aligned tomorrow, taking it in first thing in the morning. If you're ever in the fairfield/vacaville area, you're welcome to drive it to see what you think. Think you'd be happy with the pink springs though.

Thanks Eric, it's pretty dirty now from all this weather.

Well, got it aligned today, only managed to get -1deg of camber with the stock bolts in the back, these are quite a bit stiffer than stock or at least noticable more than the worn out struts that came out of it. I am liking how it feels driving, though noticing more bumps in the road now. Who know's maybe I'm just getting old. still, I'd do this again if needed.

Sweet! What kind of springs?

Can I get a ride sometime to feel em? I have Ohlins FPS with SPT wagon pinks and I wanna compare.
