The dude is a moron for getting behind the wheel and driving that fast after having a few, but regardless, his attorney is telling him what to do. So at the very least don't call the guy a coward. Granted, he F***ed up royally and cost someone their life, but nonetheless, I am almost certain an attorney is acting on his behalf. What a crappy situation all around.

 

If I did that, and my attorney said to plead not guilty, i'd tell him to STFU...

Besides, I've seen his *** walking in court a few times now, always the gangsta face...
