Factory Paint Problem

I guess a bird or something crapped on my paint when it was waiting in the dealer lot. Is there anything you can do to something that is in to the clearcoat a bit.

You can try and use a claybar, but Subaru paint sucks. It's what makes a Subaru, a Subaru....

If you are in the area stop by autohq in redwood city and show it to bryan and he can probably take that right out for you or at least show ya how. He also works for a paint shop

claybar won't take it out if it's been etched into the paint.

best option is sand and polish. Have a auto detialer do it so you don't massively **** up for car.

+1

I've got two spots that had bird dukie that had eaten through the clear. Now I keep a rag in the trunk so if i see fresh ones i can clean it up without letting sit.
