Honestly, I would press charges now (if you already haven't). If they offer to fix it off the record and screw your stuff up even worse, it might be hard to find a recourse. I would at least file a police report now and get their offer in writing. I would bet a lawyer could easily get them for negligence.

BTW, sorry about your ride bro, that sucks.

Nooo.. not the svx! Demand extra monies to pay for a 6mt upgrade. I'm sure you suffered great emotial agony on seeing your car with that large dent.

Right now we're giving the boss of the body shop a break. He's been there for a LONG time, and the owner of the dealership says he's a stand-up guy who WILL fix my car right.

I figure if they respray the whole car when they repair it...maybe a nice Java Black Pearl...

I wouldn't say we're giving them a break... it's more like we're holding their ***** in a firm vice grip until they fix it right.

Wow sorry to see, and that is the worst place for an SVX to take a hit too. They better put a new QP on there... Yikes - hope it works out. JBP would he hot on there especially with a 5spd conversion.

I have always liked SVXs..

Hell yeah that thing has some *****. Roo took me for a spin last time we had a drive and Q. I look forward to seeing it when it is newly repainted.

On a side note how is the other subie coming along? Not the forester but the other one?

Hey Pleiad how's it been? You been tearing any roads up lately?

I know I'm not Pleiad, but...

...we're going to be tearing up the road to Laughlin for the Adventure Rally, and the day before it starts, tearing up the road to Vegas to start an adventure of our own.

Our adventure will hopefully last a lifetime...

...and this time, we'll do it OUR way.
