The insurance company will pay the underage fee for you, just give the adjuster a call and remind her of it. The rental people tried that with me as well. You not having a credit card doesnt matter at all, the only part of the whole rental thing that you pay for is gas.

 

A couple more pics the day before I took the car in to the shop. Better visibility this time compared to those dark ones I have in the first post. Once the car is done I'll post up some more to compare.
