Dude, you clearly haven't been there...do you know what's underneath the sidewalks in SF? Drug needles, LOTS of them. One of the scariest things I have ever seen was when I opened up a fiber vault in the tenderloin - I was in shock, there was no way I was going in there....no way...so now I'm looking for a new job.
