The most pointless thing I see is the weird need for newer members to try to convince the older members he's a good guy. If you want to do business with him great, a lot of the older members don't care if he has supposedly changed. He could be the next coming of Jesus Christ I won't be having anything to do with him. No matter how many of the new guys want me to believe he is a good guy.
