Evo / Suby meet
Hey guys, So I was invited tonight by a friend of mine with a EVO to join him to a "EVO / SUBY meet" @ Starbucks by Tan Fran mall. I asked him are you serious, a EVO / Suby meet? I was kinda excited to kick it with some fellow suby owners since its been hella long since I been to a meet. I said sure Im down. So we head out, grab food and hit the spot at about 9:30pm. Well, lemme say, There was some clean EVOs there, but no Suby's
owell, it was hella fun and I was getting alot of attention once they all saw my plates. We hit the Target parking garage for some photo's that I will have to post in the next day or so. I was out numbered 14 to 1 but they were all real cool and invited me out again. They liked my STI and welcomed any suby as its a friendly rivalry. So any, I will post pics soon, and maybe we can get some more suby's out to even things up?

Sounds like you actually had a good time. Count me in. I am a huge car nut in general and can appreciate any well sorted ride (and as long as the drivers are not stuck up narrow minded fools)...be it Suby, Evo, or even American (wait for the flaming)...Plus I live less than couple miles away from the mall, so its really convenient.

Ditto. A friend of mine just got rid of his Evo VIII for an '08 STi, and he says his Evo friends haven't really treated him any differently. And even though there will always be a rivalry, owners of both cars have a lot in common, so as long as people are open-minded, they can still have a good time.
haha... i am a vendor on i-club and norcalevo so i am pretty neutral. most of the people know I don't have an evo and drive a suby, but they are still pretty nice. in fact, I drove my suby to an evo meet several times already.
