I have like 10 shoeboxes of magazines that nobody understands why i keep. Nobody is sentimental and its really sad.
Grassroots is my fav. Even the adverts are fun to look thru.

But seriously that is a pretty cool idea! We should find one of those cheap/free Justy's or another old Subaru, fill it full of everyone's contribution and dig a large hole or store it somewhere. Caulk the doors shut, all that.

When I was a kid, in 1989, my pops subscribed me to Road & Track. Then my big sis got me Automobile - I lived in those mags. Some asspool threw them all away when I was moving. So weird!

I love old motocross mags, pearly 90's where everyone was wearing neon colors.
Stuff like that is so cool.
My parents give me crap for saving catalogs, i have a JCPenny Catalog from when i was like 8 in 1994 and it has ALL the cool toys in it! ones i circled too, like 1/2 the book haha.
LOL Justy time capsule. My dads friend hid like $1000 or $10,000 once and rats ate it and made nests out of the bills LOL!!!!!!!!LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!

Also, why would someone bury money instead of letting it make interest in a bank? Or worst case, why not put it in a bank safety deposit box? You can store illegal money, the FBI or whatever can't check that.
