Et 30

I've been searching all day and can't really get any correct information. I might be getting some rota grids in 18x10 et 30. I was wondering if they'll clear the stock brembo's on the 04 sti. Right now I'm at stock height so I know it'll be fine everywhere else. And once I do go lower, I'm probably going with stance for correct camber and stuff and I'll get a Role/pull. Any help please and thanks!

I don't think you will be able to clear your struts/springs with that wide of a tire.
Brembos shouldn't be a problem.

Tires arent that wide. They're stretched like 235/40/18 I think. And I've heard of people getting up to 11's wide.

Almost all of those people are running coilovers.

Even with my 18x9.5 +38 (+33 with 5mm spacers) the rim is pretty close to my coilovers. It would be pretty tough to fit them with stock springs and struts.

I looked at my struts and they are pink but the springs look black. Is this how stock 04 sti's are? And they won't clear them then?

It's the diameter of the spring that is going to prevent you from running a wheel that wide. Coilovers have a much smaller diameter spring.

Stock sti struts are pink, and springs are black...you will most likely need coilovers to fit an 18x10

Only way to know for sure is to ask someone with 18x10s who test fit with stock struts/springs or to buy and test yourself..but I'm 99% sure with a 30 offset, 10" wheel, you will need coilovers
