Not technically. In CA it is illegal to modify the cats on a car newer than 10 years I believe. I may be wrong on the timespan, but it's true none the less. If you remove your stock cats and replace them with a high flow cat, you are breaking the law.

removing a stock catalytic converter is illegal unless it is damaged, then you can have a new cat installed that is OEM.
So yeah, if it is truely CARB certified, then I might get one too.

if you want a stealth catted downpipe I like the Mad Dad v2 downpipe, had it and the Borla Hush on my other subie and loved it. Its one high flow with a "heat shield" on the O2
