I was trying to install a new ballast in my bathroon light fixture, and all I get is a flickering light bulb. Anyone here in the East Bay (I live in Fremont) an experienced or amateur electrician that can help out a fellow i-clubber? Recommendations for a professional electrician will be considered. Thanks!
