EBAY SELLER realplayer89690m are you on here? beaware

This lazy ******** is in SF.

The shipping for his battery tie down was 15 bucks? So I asked to come pick it up. He said sure, for the price of the item+shipping+10 extra dollars??????????????????????????

So I buy the item anyway and just pay the shipping. HE IS IN SAN FRANCISCO, 25 miles away. Same night I also ordered an oem part on ebay, from south OF LA.

That part from LA came a week before last friday. This ******* still hasn't shipping out my item and gotten it to me.

How dishonest is that? Will only let me pick it up for more money than to ship it when shipping is already 3X the amm it cost to ship, and then the guy doesn't get the thing shipped.

If you are on here buddy, I'm going to beat your ***.

I also didn't mention the dirtbag has responded to zero emails or auction notes.

I guess he didn't get the memo that ebay's final value fees are now assessed on the basis of the item price PLUS shipping cost, which really should be an incentive to sellers to keep their shipping charges low.

with a user name like realplayer89690m, how could he not be a good, honest, respectable man?

Not yet, but it's very irritating he hasn't responded this entire time. I guess i'll just file the claim with ebay. Also I still want to get the damn thing since I payed. In response to his name, he had 100% feedback. I was just figure he was a lazy jerkoff who was too rude to respond, but never questioned if he'd send my item, having 100% feedback.

Threaten to hit him with the negative feedback -- this seems to really catch the attention of ebay sellers

I would let him know that he has 48 hours before you file a claim with Paypal and then in 48 hours if he doesn't reply start the claim. I just had to do this with an STi cluster that I bought. I still got no response from the seller so I escalated the claim and within half an hour I had tracking information that was minutes old. Some people won't take you seriously unless you follow through with your threats and from a legal standpoint 48 hours is a reasonable amount of time...especially because he replied to me in less than an hour and told me I could pick up the same Prodrive battery tiedown for $50 (and that was less than a couple of hours ago).
