yeah screw steven's creek. I had to go there to pick up an oil filter and they charged me extra for the drain plug washer! that's the first time a dealer charged me extra for that crap!! it came out to just under 12 bucks!!!
btw i know it's the worst dealership, i even got my car there so I know. but I didn't have time to goto a farther one that day...i regret giving them money. oh well

I did the same thing. I needed to do my first oil change at 1000 miles, but didnt order them online in time...so I had to dish out the mad cash at Stevens creek

I would love to see you all out there since it's our first dealer event in the Bay Area this year.
I would like to have a great turn out, since I grew up in Marin & Sonoma County.

I am always baffeled by this - Someone please enlighten me.
It seems that everyone hates this dealership(me included), and the horror stories are out there and yet they sell more cars than any other dealer, something isn't right here. what gives??
