east bay area: need to borrow oem tbe for 02 wrx
Hey all, im moving back to cali in october i need to borrow an oem turbo back to get my car smogged and registered.
Please pm if you have one i can borrow, and if you need anything as insurance.
On a side note, anybody know if there is a registration waver for active duty military?
