here's the best E85 station location I've found:
http://www.driveflexfuel.com/search.php
It lists the Concord & Hayward stations.

Concord is the only public station currently open. That is where I currently get my E85 @ $3.41/gallon
Hayward opens very soon.
Pearson fuels have a bunch of stations opening in the next year:

Can any of you smart folks tell me how to realistically make the WRX flex fuel? Reading the websites for folks who sell fuel injector piggy back modules makes me think that our own ECUs could possibly be modified by one of you smart tuners out there to handle the same thing...
When you guys "tune for E85" are you adding anything to the car? Do you have to change ECU maps back to gasoline if you switch back?

Heres some second hand information from a total rookie so take it with a grain of whatever but. My buddie is having his EVO tuned for it soon by GST. From what said friend says. he is getting like 1000cc injectors and a walbro 255 fuel pump and a switchable tuner like a cobb ap. When he runs e-85 he switches his tune to that one and when he is running 91 octane he switches back. if he has any 91 octane in the tank at all he has to run that tune as the e-85 tune will make him run lean. I could have that mixed up. From what I understand they dont make injectors large enough to do this on a subaru.

It is my understanding that yes they are needed. Somthing about e-85 being far less dense than fuel so you need alot more of it in the cylinder hence the larger injectors and fuel pump.
