Dude! W32.BLASTER Can suck on deez knuts!
Oh my lord! I have 61 sites from Bakersfield to Eureka, and over to Fallon, NV. They are all on dialup ISP's. My site at Moffett has a T1 line tunneled to us from TN, and TN gets it from DISA in DC. We are behind a couple of tight firewalls, we are ok, but my remote sites are screwed.
I gave out the patch on CD last week, and out of 61 sites, only 6 ran the patches.
Every dog gone one of my stations has the stupid w32.blaster. What ***** thought it would be funny to exploit the buffer overrun hole?
It is hard to walk PC ignorant peeps through eradicating this worm.

LOL I feel your pain....however, we have not contracted the worm...but I did have to deal with the W32.Bugbear a few months ago... that was a biotch too!
