Crazy change! I have a friend who is currently going FtoM and its crazy to see how he has changed since high school. He's still my buddy, but not my cup of tea but its what some people are comfortable with these days.

Also quick story time first port visit in Thailand. We pulled into Pattaya Beach and the first night I was on shore patrol at the age of 18...in my working whites (the short sleeved, all white navy uniform) and a "lady boy" followed me for about an hour and told me how beautiful I was... creepy... but I was flattered,
I politely declined her advances.

Crazy. But I'd venture to say that with the exception of adding a little fat to her face, it was her hair/make-up/dress that changed her looks the most.

I'd venture to say that this is a much much more drastic change:

 

Only because you saw the transformation... there's a LOT of real girls out there that kinda looks like dudes.

No, I thought that before I even watched it. Seeing "her" on the street at first glance it might be different, but you can usually still tell, just like you can usually tell the difference between an ugly chick and trans.

 

 

If you look at any girl, you can pretty much imagine what they'd look like as a dude. Then you'd question yourself for the rest of your life if every female you met was actually a guy.
