First off, thank you for providing this service to fellow i-Club members.

Question: Is the odor removal permanent?

I have a '01 Ford Sport Trac that I bought used. I think the previous owner used to smoke. I didn't realize how strong the smoke smell was before buying the truck because it was a cold day and the smell was not strong. On warmer days the smoke smell is very strong.

Most of the solutions that have been suggested to me have been to have someone run an ozone machine in the interior for a few hours (with no one in the truck, obviously). Is this "fog" solution similar? Is smoke smell removal permanent? Sorry, I don't know much about odor removal.

This would get rid of the odor permanently as log as the fog can get to it. I'll go home and look at the spec, but I think the fog particles are about 38 micron or something. I remember reading somewhere in the spec where the particles are as small if not smaller than the cigarette smoke, which mean, this would get to where the smoke got it. For heavier smell, there are other solutions (add-ons) that I can spray or inject (soak) into the spot. Or I can run the fog 'thicker' and just keep the windows and doors closed longer.

This is using chemical, ozone generator uses ozone...

This is a neutralizer not a cover up scent. Stronger the odor would require stronger solution or thicker fog.

How about the General Package plus Add-On 2 or maybe even Add-On 4?! But I currently don't carry add-on 4 until I have enough demand for it.

I've seen this thing in action and even used it in my own cars. But I have yet to seen it or done it on extreme cases. For example, I had someone contact me about skunk sprayed INSIDE the car. My provider does sell the solution, but I have yet to see it in action, unfortunately...

Will this process be able to get rid of the smell of burnt off coolant? Recently my top radiator hose bursted on me and now I have the smell of burnt coolant occasionally when I use the heater. I just have to find out what to use to get the smell out of the engine bay now

I'd have to see if I could do it sometime during the week day maybe before i get my windows tinted at omega. I haven't made an appointment yet. I gotta pay some bills first. I just don't want to drive far into the south bay since I live in fairfield (70-80miles away)
