I don't approve these idiots actions by aiming at the crowds. However, these airsoft guns can actually be very dangerous when fired upon. I got a hopped up version that can shoot pellets at 455fps.. powerful enough to make you bleed.

Learn about it before put out any comments.

They also got replica M60 machine guns that can shoot well over 1000fps.. yeah and I got shot in the face w/ it at the outdoor airsoft venture game.

 

Nothing says "gangsta" like some Davis kids driving by in a van shooting airsoft pellets at people.

 

No. In Davis, gangsta is when the ppl on the 3rd floor of shields library come out of their bubbles and march towards Tercero, in an attempt to tip over cows using nothing but their toe nails, and unsharpened pencils

 

It looked like a clear plastic uzi type gun, probably purchased at a MacFrugals... It couldnt hurt anything, and probably cost a dollar. I thought it was a water gun actually at first, cause thats what it sounded like, a batter powered water gun. I had no idea what we got hit with until we spent a little time looking for the pellets.

 

Man, sounds like compared to Davis, my town (San Leandro) seems like east Oakland. :P

I was the guy with the silver Rex at the meet in Davis. I got hit on the back of the neck with one of those pellets. Didnt hurt, but what a bunch of losers

 

I left before all this cool stuff happened...but my question is...there was maybe....10-15 cars there.....and NO BODY jumped in their cars and chased those F00Z down? WTF man?.....you are all a bunch of panzies .....if I was still there I wouldda jumped in tha car so fast, and taken those f00z out! But thats what I like to call a "couldda, shouldda, wouldda, but didn't."

To clarify some things:

What Kosta said is true. It was a cheap plastic, $10 dollar electric hand gun. Nothing like the hi-powered AEGs. I bet even the thin paint on our WRXs didn't get dented a bit.

As to why we didn't give chase, we all thought that the car (it was a beat-up Toyota Previa minivan) had electrical problems til we heard something bouncing. By the time we realized what happened, Kosta went to his car but couldn't start it, and I gave chase on foot but slipped cuz the parking lot was wet.

I'm still on teh look-out for the car. If I see it, anyone wanna do a multiple-car, single person homicide (just kidding) . If I see it though, I'll find out about the person and also post their license, address and names. Whatever happens to them or their van or possessions (should it be tipped over or sprayed with decent airsofts) is not my fault.

Next time, we probably will drive/carpool to dinner. Everyone there was starving! Hing's again dorifto? Oh yeah, probably should move the meets to Safeway now cuz it gets dark early. If my roommates weren't at my apartment, I think I could fit 20 to 30 people in there cuz of the size.
