Driver Doing Donuts Jumps Curb Into Bay: Cops | NBC Bay Area
A 1999 Dodge SUV ended up in the San Francisco Bay near the Marina District Safeway in San Francisco overnight Saturday.
Witnesses said the driver was doing "donuts" before the vehicle jumped the curb and entered the bay waters near Gas House Cove.
First responders arrived at area near the Safeway store at 15 Marina Blvd. at around 3 a.m., fire officials said. They said three teenage occupants and the 38 year old driver all got out of the car on their own. They said the group was shivering from the cold.
After an investigation of what happened, police arrested the driver, Agatito Hernandez. Police said he faces charges of child endangerment, reckless driving, and driving without a license or insurance.
The San Francisco Police Marine Unit and United States Coast Guard also responded to the incident.
The vehicle was towed out of the water by 9 a.m.

Why?? I want video of it, nothing better than a burnout or donut fail. 
~2 out of the 3 houses right over there are running CCTV monitors from their front room windows, lol'z if the police have them used as evidence. (CCTV b/c of a couple robberies there as well as other crap.)
