Why? They did everything that should have been done.

From the original video it seems like the cops had no right to ask him to leave in the first place, but apparently what we didn't see is him acting like a total idiot and disrupting a public gathering with John Kerry... The cops acted on orders, and the stupid *** kid was resisting like an idiot! If you break a law, you better listen to the cop and not resist, otherwise the cops are going to do everything in their power to get you restained, and if that includes a tazer, well, it includes a tazer.

Rule of thumb that everyone should know: Don't fight with the cops.
